Unbelievable
After reveiving quotes from 9 different shippers, I settled on Monstar because of their reviews and pricing. (Excellent reviews and good pricing. Not my cheapest quote, but close) Response from them was quick and easily understood. I finally gave them the order on a thursday. They picked the car up the NEXT DAY! (Yes, I know it was a coincidence that one of their contract truckers was in the area.)

I discovered that trying to find a reliable professional auto transport company was harder than finding the muscle car I just bought. I called several of the 'national' companies and all they could tell me is that they move lots of cars, but no details of how and who may transport them. I sent out several emails for quotes and got plenty of replies. Finally, I found this transport reviews website so I could evaluate the haulers.

Monstar transport was my saving grace. I was totally screwed over by a company named A Eastern Connections out of New York. Then I contacted Monstar and was introduced to one of the most professional, customer orientated, and over the top employees ever named "Letty". This person went totally out of her way to make the transporting of my vehicle happen in an extremely timely fashion. I can't even express into words my gratitude for her personal attention towards my needs.

Best shipping service I ever used!
I found this company after searching online for hours, Monstar was the only company that answered the phone, the lady on the other end was very nice and knew just what I wanted. Second time using Monstar, both times EXCELLENT service, communication, pleasant, picked up and delivered both cars when committed. Would and have recomended to friends and family. Have used other companies in the past with broken promises, so this is a refreshing company to work with.
